Meet Our Teachers
I received my 200 hour teacher training through center for health and healing and can not wait to explore and learn ore about this wonderful practice. I teach my class beginning with zen and calming and playfulness warming up to really sweat and really work each and every pose. I love challenging my students and pushing them to try new things.
I am grateful for all yoga has given and continues to give me, and excited to continue to share this practice with fellow yogis.’
Clearly Sara Page lives Baptiste Yoga! She will bring a challenging yet completely accessible class to you!!
I then continued my studies and completed my 200 hours RYT in Vinyasa Teacher training with yoga Alliance.
In 2018 I recieved my teacher training in yoga and mindfulness to tweens and teens with Bee You Yoga.
My mission is to help all ages, discover and embrace their inner strength and mindfulness as we move our bodies into a slow flow sequence. Learning to gain the union between movement and breath, while feeling inspired and energized along with a sense of calmness and peace, both on and off your mat. Namaste.
My love affair with yoga began in 2001 and from the very first yoga class, I experienced the challenge and freedom that comes from study and practice. As a result, I’ve seen my life change and grow in many positive ways. Since 2005 I have been honored to explore and share my love of yoga as a full-time teacher and mentor.
My style of teaching is to foster an environment of curiosity and inquiry. This means there is variety in how I may approach any individual class. Sometimes it is straight-forward and direct and other times there is space for personal exploration. As the leader of the class experience I am creating and directing the path, but the journey is uniquely carved out through each student in attendance. The common thread is that my approach urges students to stay engaged and attempt to be present and open to what is arising.
Students share with me that they value my depth of knowledge, compassion, transparency, and desire to keep learning and teaching. My life experiences, yoga philosophy, Permaculture, Movement Science and Ayurveda are just some of the threads that weave their ways through my classes. Ultimately, my aim is to inspire students to recognize and embrace yoga as a moment-to-moment, life-long practice of skillful embodied living. I truly hope that through the teachings and practices of yoga, I encourage and support each student to enjoy living in deep connection to their own body/mind/heart. My highest aim is that we can all bring the tapestry of embodiment to life by living in harmony and reciprocity with the earth and all its kin.
I not only educate yoga practitioners through public classes and private sessions, but I also offer workshops, retreats, teacher training, lifestyle coaching and teacher mentoring programs. My passion project is a podcast I create and host called Nurture Your Nature.
