Vinyasa Flow

For beginning and advanced practitioners offering options for all levels, this non-heated alignment-based class will increase strength and flexibility for the mind, body and spirit by linking the breath with movement. This vinyasa is choreographed to include a vinyasa flow by igniting the fire within, incorporating twists for detoxing and core work. This class will leave you feeling empowered, recharged and ultimately blissful after a beautiful guided meditation in savasana. All Levels

Hot Power Hour

An hour of a Hot Baptiste inspired flow to get your energy flowing. The vinyasa starts out with subtle stretches and a soft warm up but opens up to a quicker paced fitness flow so you feel refreshed, powerful and grounded. Link breath and movement for a moving meditation practice where you are free to practice in your own pace but encouraged to be pushed to your edge. Get your workout in for the day, power yoga-style. Room temperature 95 degrees and above. All Levels

Yoga Basics

This non-heated class gives you the basic postures for entering a new yoga journey. It’s alignment based and offers modifications for students just getting into a new yoga practice. There is a greater attention to safety in postures, awareness of breath, and leaves you with a new outlook on what yoga is all about.   Beginners 

Hot All Level Vinyasa

Heated vinyasa style yoga class that uses a flow of postures to create heat within the body to increase strength and flexibility. Move with your breath to quiet the mind. Room temperature is 90 degrees and above. All Levels

Gentle Flow

Anyone looking for a gentle stretch. This class is designed to get the spine and joints moving, then moves into a slow flow, perfect for strengthening & stretching the body. A great way to start your day. You will be inspired to deepen the mind body connection while increasing flexibility & awareness. Non-heated.  Beginners

Hot Level II Vinyasa

Energetic heated Vinyasa style yoga class that uses a flow of postures to create heat within the body as you increase strength and flexibility on the outside.  Room temperature is 90 degrees and above. Level II

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga available, a unique yoga style that adapts yoga positions and poses through creative use of a chair. Poses are done seated on the chair or the chair is used for support during standing and balance poses. The chair allows for greater stability to help you feel supported and safe. Poses are modified so that even those with health restrictions, decreased range of motion, and other physical challenges, can enjoy the benefits of a more traditional practice. Emphasis will be on breathing, balance, and taking things at your own pace. Chair Yoga is suitable for all ages, fitness levels and physical conditions. Beginners

Warm Restorative Yoga

This class combines the benefits of warm yoga and restorative poses. We turn up the heat just enough to help ease into the restorative poses. Many props are used to support the body as we stretch, decompress, and open into the poses.  The props assist in helping you hold poses longer as the heat facilitates relaxing the muscles and opening into the poses.  This class helps to align the physical body and mind by practicing stillness, breath work, and mindful meditation. All Levels

Hot Detox Community Class

A way to give back to our community! Enjoy a hot well rounded flow class to detox your weekend and get ready for the week ahead. Taught by  various teachers rotated every Sunday at 6pm. Only $10 to drop in! All Levels Welcome!!
