About Beacon Yoga

Family Run. Community Based. Yoga for every BODY.

 We are a family-run studio consisting of a mother-daughter duo raised in Freehold, NJ.  We host donation classes every Sunday to give back to our community supporting a variety of local organizations. We believe that yoga is for everyone, so we offer a variety of classes that will fit your unique body and mind, no matter where you are in life.

We aspire to be the beacon of light to guide you to the unique power and self-awareness that yoga has given us throughout our lives so far.

Meet the Instructors at Beacon Yoga

We have a variety of well-educated, inspiring instructors all with a minimum of 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certifications and many years of experience.

Our integrated studio is composed of safe, alignment based heated & non-heated classes for all levels. Beacon Yoga has Yoga for every BODY.

Information for students new to yoga, yoga beginners, and new students to Beacon Yoga

If you’re new to yoga, please don’t be intimidated, we have a class for you! Come with a mat, a towel, and water bottle but most importantly- bring an open mind and heart. If you don’t have any, mats, towels & water are complementary!

Our Classes

“I’ve tried a lot of yoga studios and this is definitely my favorite. Every instructor I’ve had has been wonderful. There’s definitely a personal touch in everything they do.  Every instructor here has either participated in savasana with the class and/or is active during that time, treating us with essential oils or helping our poses, which means touching us when we’re disgustingly gross at the end of an hour of hot yoga! That personal touch and extra dedication is everything. They have all the tools you would need and I love the essential oils. I leave this studio feeling so good!” -Shari H.
