 We are a family-run studio consisting of a mother-daughter duo raised in Freehold, NJ.  We host community classes every Sunday to give back by supporting a variety of local organizations. We believe that yoga is for everyone, so we offer a variety of classes that will fit your unique body and mind, no matter where you are in life.

We aspire to be the beacon of light to guide you to the unique power and self-awareness that yoga has given us throughout our lives so far.

We have a variety of well-educated, inspiring instructors all with a minimum of 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certifications and many years of experience.

Information for students new to yoga, yoga beginners, and new students to Beacon Yoga

If you’re new to yoga, please don’t be intimidated, we have a class for you! Come with a mat, a towel, and water bottle but most importantly- bring an open mind and heart. If you don’t have any, mats, towels & water are complementary!
